PROGRESS REPORT: How to

All site coordinators must complete a progress report twice a year for their clinic.

Progress reports are due March 1st and September 1st each year, and are open for 6 weeks prior to the due date.

Activities Required for Funding

  1. Complete your progress report two times a year, accessible on myror.org beginning 6 weeks prior to due date.
      – Spring Funding: Progress reports open January 15th | Due by March 1st
                                     Provide data from July – December
      – Fall Funding: Progress reports open July 15th | Due by September 1st
                                Provide data from January – June

    NOTE: If progress reports are NOT completed by the due date, you will NOT receive funding.

  2. Make sure that at least 75% of your providers have completed the Reach Out and Read training module before due date.

    NOTE: If at least 75% of providers have NOT been trained by the due date, Reach Out and Read Colorado will hold your funding.

  3. Your site’s funds will be placed with the same vendor (either Scholastic or All About Books) that you used during your last fund disbursement.
    If you would like to change vendors, please email your regional coordinator prior to due date.

Funding calculation

Your upcoming account funding will be determined by your well child visits as reported in your previous Progress Report and any current balances at Scholastic or All About Books. 

Purchase books before March 1st or September 1st to protect maximum funding for the next cycle. You can find your current balance by logging onto myROR.org. Simply click on “Funding/Account Info” in the gray box on the left side, and your most recent account balances will appear at the top.

Training

As long as 75% of your providers have completed the Reach Out and Read Colorado training, your funds will be deposited and available by approximately 6 weeks after due date. You can determine if your providers have completed the training by logging on to myror.org using your individual username and password. After logging in, click on “Contacts” in the gray menu bar on the left side of the screen. If you have any questions about the training, please contact your regional coordinator.

Incentives

All About Books and Scholastic both offer the following incentive:

For every $100 spent, you will receive 10 free bonus books as a thank you for your purchase. For example, if you ordered $300 worth of books, you would be given 30 additional books.

Additionally, All About Books offers the option of 5% off your entire order instead of 10 free books. You have the option to choose between these two incentives.

All About Books and Scholastic both carry books in English and Spanish. If your clinic is in need of books in a language that is NOT AVAILABLE from All About Books or Scholastic, please contact your regional coordinator who will work with you to find the books you need.
