Children’s book author and illustrator Pawel Kamieniecki has made it his mission to spread the joy of reading and access to books to those less fortunate. He donates one copy of his book for each book he sells, and Reach Out and Read Colorado is lucky enough to be one of his charity partners!
Pawel is the author and illustrator of multiple children’s books, including Ruffles the Rubber Duck, Bell the Ice Skating Bunny, Telly the Tortoise, and coming soon, If All Penguins Were… Wizards!

He has already donated nearly 2,000 books to Reach Out and Read Colorado, which will make their way to our partner pediatric clinics and then into the hands of children throughout the state. He also will be featuring Reach Out and Read Colorado in his new book, If All Penguins Were… Wizards!
