Diane Dockter, a dedicated advocate for early literacy, has had a profound impact on families in Delta County. Diane first encountered the Reach Out and Read program eight years ago while working as a provider at Delta County Memorial Hospital, before taking on her current role as Executive Director, Provider and RORCO Site Coordinator at A Kidz Clinic in Delta.
