Manmeet founded City Health Works in 2013 to create a business case for neighborhood-based health coaching. City Health Works has become a national example of how to deploy locally hired care teams to improve health, reduce spending, and create rewarding jobs. It has been featured in Politico, PBS Newshour, the Economist, NPR, and elsewhere. Prior to launching City Health Works, Kaur has worked on community workforce initiatives in South Africa, India, and New York City.
